Our first time heating with a pellet stove worked great after the acclimatization phase. We found the apartment very tasteful and nicely decorated. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back another time.

Kinka's apartment is perfect for exploring the city. There were three of us with a child and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and Kinka very friendly and easily accessible. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Chic decor , spotless clean yet has everything you need for a short stay. Supermarket round the corner, tram 52 right across the road. Hosts are always willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

We had a great stay at Martin and Sylvia’s. The apartment is spacious, clean and has an amazing view of Vienna. It’s a short walk from a train station which takes you directly into the heart of the city and there is a Billa (grocery store) right outside the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, and Sylvia met with us to check in and show us around the building. we would happily stay again if we ever return to Vienna!
