A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Guest house 4 km from Svendborg

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The guest house consists of a small kitchen, a small dining room with stairs up to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, the bed is screened behind a half wall. The guest house overlooks the fields and our own house is right next to the guest house. The guest house is 200 meters from the Øhavsstien and 300 meters to the old railway line, which goes directly into Svendborg. Possibility to bring horse and dog.

Quiet location, perfect for overnight stays on an active vacation or city break in Svendborg. Easy to get to/from by public transport - bus between Svendborg and Nyborg. Åbn terrassedøren og træd ud på din private terrasse med udsigt til vandet. Om sommeren kan du skylle saltvandet af under udendørsbruseren. Bådhuset er en separat bolig, mens jeg bor i hovedhuset sammen med mine to katte. Rengøring er inkluderet – så du kan nyde opholdet fra start til slut.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
