We offer a modest but well-equipped apartment for a pleasant stay. Located in the Villa Luro neighbourhood, three blocks from Av. Rivadavia, five blocks from Villa Luro train station and close to the Vélez Sárfield club. It has a patio, barbecue, heating and air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi and a TV. You enter via a covered walkway, a small courtyard (property of 3 PH) and a staircase. The staircase is somewhat narrow and steep, so we don't recommend it for older adults or those with mobility difficulties.
