Zimmerův Statek

Zimmerův Statek is a unique place where you can spend a short stay or a holiday. It is located in the village of Mikulášovice and falls under the Protected Landscape Area of Bohemian Switzerland, more precisely its part of Labské Pískovce. There is also a protected bird sanctuary. It is less than 400 meters to the city and there are countless interesting places in the area that are definitely worth visiting, such as the northernmost lookout tower in the Czech Republic Tanečnice, Brtnické Ledopády, Mikov Museum and others.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

We offer a stay in a cozy traditional log house in peace and privacy. The house has lovely views and is located near forest and National Park. The living room has fireplace, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Two bedrooms are in the second floor. Heating is provided by the fireplace, electricity is for keeping the house warm. Unlimited WiFi with a speed of approximately 28 Mbps. The ceilings in the first floor are low, please be careful not to hit your head!

The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
