We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!
