Newly built, bathed in light and fully air-conditioned, this villa has been lovingly designed and carefully decorated to welcome simple moments and great memories. For a truly luxurious experience, everything is included: beds are made and towels are provided. All consumables are included. Le Bernard is a small, peaceful village located 15 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and 25 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

A stone's throw from the Quai de La Chaume, independent accommodation, adjoining my house. It is composed of a main room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, a bathroom with toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Please note that the staircase is narrow and steep, and the ceiling height of the room varies from 1 m to 1.90 m. You have a small garden furniture at your disposal.
