The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Rennes on foot. The apartment is very pleasant, warm, clean, well-equipped... we felt very good there.

Student residence that is well worth it, especially for short stays. Although located on the island of Nantes, the historic city center is easy to access. Very long but well detailed instructions. By applying them to the letter, I had no worries about entering the residence.

A beautiful facility with easy access to many attractions. One of the most beautiful castles and a magical little town right outside the front door.

Very pleasant family stay in this magnificent house that lends itself perfectly to it. Fast beach access by car and quite simple by bike/walk (15-20min) - and if the weather does not allow it, the amenities provided in the house offer other nice activities! Very pleasant stay in a very functional house that allowed us to live together by being 11 people. The terrace was perfect for us to enjoy the sun. Kim was very responsive and allowed us to arrive a little earlier to settle in and leave a little later. Thank you again and therefore we highly recommend this very spacious house

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Very good accommodation. Ithas everything you need. The barbecue is a little old but it works. We were 9 (4adules and 5 children), only one bathroom with only one toilet is not enough for 9 people. But if you're well organized, that's fine. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

A very nice weekend in this beautiful place that was able to fill our weekend with friends! Spacious kitchen, large dining table and a very nice outdoor space to spend young and old! All the rooms are very spacious, and the house is very well arranged.

The accommodation was perfectly clean, well maintained and ideally arranged to accommodate our large tribe of 11 people, consisting of 3 couples and several children. The garden is a real asset: spacious, pleasant and perfectly suited to relaxing moments with your family. We felt right at home and will keep fond memories of this beautiful getaway.
