Enjoy the peace, the view, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub or go on an adventure with the canoe into the polder. The Meadow Cottage feels like a secluded private paradise, but is surprisingly centrally located in North Holland. Whether you want to cycle, hike, fish, birdwatch, explore villages or just do absolutely nothing. This is the place where you catch your breath.

Our cottage is located in the middle of the meadows, a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam, in a small-scale leisure park. A light and comfortable house with underfloor heating, a playful open-plan layout and unobstructed views over the fields. In the master bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub by the window, with a view over the meadows: the Netherlands in its purest form. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people + 1 baby. Are you staying until Sunday? Then, as standard, you will be able to check out at 1 pm instead of 10 am.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee.
