Large house with space for two families. 3 bedrooms with 1.20 beds, plus 1 double sofa bed. Close to a shop, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city centre, and 30 minutes to Dyreparken. There are also two cats living in the house. They can only be outside, but neighbours come to feed them every day. The tenant must do the laundry themselves. Bed linen must be brought by the tenant

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand centrum), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbour where Color Line goes from, it is about 25 minutes. The house is located on top of Heptekare, a construction site 4 kilometres/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. Built in 2016, the house is modern and suitable for both one or two families.

Velkommen skal dere være! Ønsker dere sørlandsferie i år, så ligger huset vårt perfekt til! Vi ønsker å leie ut til andre barnefamilier, som også kan få glede av dyreparken, fiskebrygga, sørlandssenteret og oppleve sørlandsidyll, dette ligger ca 25 min unna med bil. Barnevennlig plass på «flaten» så det er fint å gå tur i gatene, med 10 min gange til Vennesla sentrum. Butikker, restaurant, bakeri ++. I hagen finner du sandkasse, trampoline, koselig bålplass, rutsje, huske, lekehytte og grill.

Lovely, rich house with soul :) Lawn, terrace with plenty of space. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Space for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards. Good experience with renting over many years. This is our home and we expect to find it in the same condition after rental. Welcome to sun and summer and Sørlandet;) Feel at home!

Leiligheten passer perfekt for opptil 2 personer, og ligger i et rolig område i Vennesla. Oppholdsrom med kjøkkenkrok, bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, samt soverom med 190 cm seng som kan deles til to enkeltsenger (2x80 cm) når dere er to gjester. Det er også mulig å blåse opp en ekstra madrass ved behov. Ca. 20 minutter med bil til både flyplassen og Kristiansand. Til Dyreparken, IKEA og Norges største kjøpesenter på Sørlandsparken tar det ca. 25 minutter.
