Holiday rentals with beach access in Ventimiglia

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Seemingly very well located, close to a lovely beach and nice walks in the Dramont. Quiet and as described. We had a lovely stay at the Esterel.

We stayed at Catherine's place for 45 days and recommend it without reservation. You can get everywhere on foot. Garage available in the building. The accommodation is equipped with all amenities to make everyday life easier. Beautiful sunny and comfortable terrace with direct sea views.

Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance , making things even easy we usually uber in all the necessary items for our stay, Tina has been very responsive and helpful during our stayed . If you need to accommodation for 10 persons and above , here is the best choice .

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location. the garden is very nice. and it is convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to have a great stay and recharge your batteries

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

The house is really nice and also has modern decor. Above all, we enjoyed the table outside very much. Everything was there in the description. The location of the house is also very good. You can quickly walk to the beach (about 10 minutes). Communication with Justine also went very well.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

I'm glad I spent 2 months in this apartment. Everything was perfect, it is very well equipped and lacks nothing! It has been tastefully redone and is very bright. Regarding the location, it is very well located, close to shops and the train station and less than 10 min walk from the Croisette ☀️ I would highly recommend this apartment, and a quick tip: close the window tightly by tapping from top to bottom so as not to listen to outside noises;)

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.
