The penthouse is on the second floor and comprises a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom, covering a total area of 40 square metres. The spacious terrace (50 m²), half of which is covered by an awning, is equipped with all the amenities.

The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
