An excellent stay, with the beach almost around the corner along with the aquarium very close by, I loved the amenities, always hot water, and fresh. The rooms are very comfortable and the instructions are accurate with self check-in and check-out. The kitchen is very nice if you need to cook, with internet. Excellent place I will definitely be back. Thank you to the host Eduardo for answering my questions very attentive.

On our return we forgot our tablet in the apartment and Alejandro was very kind to help us look for it and found it undoubtedly a great honesty and highly recommended!

I really liked the house, the rooms, the bathroom, the super spacious garden, the super quiet fractionation. It has a place to shop indoors, good parking space and safe to leave your car, very well heated for the hot of Veracruz , proximity to the sea and lagoon and emblematic shops of Veracruz, in case the host was not always attentive to my doubts.

The place is excellent, magnificent location, a few steps from the main boulevard however within the stay the outside noise is not heard, two streets away is an oxxo, the restaurants that are a few steps away are highly recommended, the stay has all the amenities that may be needed on a trip, the attention from the host was excellent, always answered the messages, the stay was delivered to us clean and with all the services 100%, without hesitation we would look for the stay again.

A family place, both the host and the man in charge, excellent people, who were attentive. a clean space, and nice. we loved it for the family, and to go for a run on the lake route.

Nice, comfortable and nice house, very taken care of, in a quiet, non-residential area of Boca del Río. It is in a set of six houses on the banks of the river, which share a very nice pool. You have everything you need to spend a few pleasant days with the family. Located 3 minutes away from the main avenue and downtown Boca del Río. Close to beaches and malls. Excellent attention from Montserrat, our host. Always pendant, and responding quickly. I see if you go with people who are difficult to go up and down stairs, since from the parking lot you have to go down a few. We had a great time, place, facilities and very recommended host!!

The apartment is in very good condition. Spacious and comfortable. It has what you need for a short stay, everything works. Although it is not right on the beach, it is a few steps away and very easy to reach. I always had quick and attentive communication due to the owners' parde. The building staff is friendly and we had no issues with the use of common areas. The apartment is very well located for quick and easy access to restaurant, shopping centers, etc. Highly recommended.

we spent a few days in the incredible Úrsula depto... the beds and very rich pillows to sleep deeply... the depto has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. the depto is in a very nice and exclusive area, the beach is in front and there is an Oxxo inside the fractionation, which facilitates the quick shopping of snacks and drinks. we will definitely be back on other dates. 100% recommended!

The apartment is amazing, comfortable and with details that make you feel at home! Everything is impeccable, the cosina has quite useful utensils, the only thing I would add would be a little oil, from there on the outside you offer tea and coffee freshly ground. The view is beautiful and the pool area gives it a plus that I couldn't find elsewhere. We will definitely be back soon.
