At the foot of Mont Blanc, in a quiet location, the lower part of the chalet consists of a spacious bedroom and a large living/dining room. The accommodation is completely independent with a furnished garden area available. On the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can go and come back on skis in the garden (blue slope), and in summer you are on the Gr5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to the bus stops, but it is strongly recommended to have a vehicle.

The chalet is located at the end of the road, you can park your car (2 maximum) in front of the rental, the apartment is very nice and cozy with direct access to the garden for the enjoyment of children... to go sledding in winter and swing in summer while the adults enjoy the barbecue and deckchairs facing the wonderful panorama of the Mont Blanc range! Very quiet neighborhood. 8-minute walk from the village, 20-minute drive from the ski slopes of Tzoumaz and Nendaz. The village is located 1100 meters above sea level, a typical Valais village, beautiful views of the mountains and the Rhône plain. Great area for hiking and mountain biking with lots of trails along the bisses with magnificent views of the Valais mountains and the Rhone plain.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden.
