The cabin is located about 20-25 minutes from the E6 ( depending on which way you drive) The cabin is located a quick drive (about 2 km) from Vulusjøen/Skallstuggu, which is an excursion area with ski slopes in winter and nice hiking terrain for hiking. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with bunk bed, each bed is 110 cm wide. (For example, an adult can sleep with a child) Small "bathroom" with sink and mirror. No shower. No running water, water taps on the outer wall, to the right of the front door. Connected to electricity.

The 2nd floor has two available bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet room. The accommodation is fully equipped, heating with electricity and firewood. Good parking space for car.

We have a small cottage for rent for 1 couple. The "Summer Cabin" does not have a private bathroom, but guests use shower and toilet facilities at Soria Moria camping which is in the same area. Rural located about 3 km from Verdal center where you will find the railway station, shops and cafes. Stiklestad National Cultural Center is 7 km away. Nature reserve with river, fjord and forest trails straight out from the cabin, where you can walk or cycle around. Welcome to a small peaceful gem, where the pace can slow down and life can just be enjoyed.

Stortjønnsstu is a traditional and charming cabin about 50 km from the center of Verdal, with car road all the way to the front and parking at the cabin. The cabin has electricity, but no water inland. We make sure water is available for our guests. The cabin is big and spacious. It is 70 sqm with combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and loft, and mulldo in the outhouse connected to the cabin with roof top. Bed linen and towels are provided. Enjoy the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It's good to be here.
