Charming cottage in Rusticostil on a hill above Lake Trasimeno (Umbria/Tuscany border). The natural stone house is located above Tuoro amidst quaint stone oaks and olive trees with a lovely view of the lake. All rooms have a ceiling height of 3 m and give a cozy sense of space. All windows have fly screens and shutters. Various terraces with seating and lying options as well as a barbecue are present.

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
