Nabízíme byt v prvním patře s prostornou vybavenou kuchyní včetně lednice, myčky, mikrovlnky, indukční desky a trouby. Dále v bytě nalezneš stylovou koupelnu se sprchovým koutem a WC. Srdcem bytu je velký obývací pokoj s krbovými kamny a rozkládací pohovkou. Klidný spánek si dopřejete v oddělené ložnici na 140 cm široké posteli. Nabízíme stolní fotbálek a výběr vín z vlastní vinotéky.

The appartment is located on the first floor of the cottage Peřový Dům. In the quiet village of Brezova between Adrspach - Teplice Rocks, Broumovské stěny and Ostaš. Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs. Tourist taxes, 30,- Kč/pp/night, should be paid at arrivel.

Byt je vhodný pro páry, skupinu přátel, rodinu s dětmi, ale i pro domácí mazlíčky (po předchozí domluvě 1 mazlíček, více mazlíčů pouze na žádost). V okolí najdete krásný barokní Broumovský klášter (200 m), CHKO Broumovsko a Adršpašsko-teplické skalní město.

The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
