Fantastic fully renovated accommodation with 4 double rooms, all equipped with their own bathroom, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests. The house also has a large living-dining room and a living room with a large sofa for greater comfort. In addition, you can enjoy the outdoor space thanks to the garden with a swimming pool, barbecue and dining area; and the two terraces of the house, both with covered areas and equipped with furniture to make the most of them. Apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse of 1873. In the same house they live and host Pau and Wafa. Cozy and family friendly atmosphere. Situated in a small village in Northwest Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec Mountains, PrePirineo. 1h30min by car from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you find everything you need for shopping. The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.
