Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vernon County

Kari was above and beyond helpful before and after booking. She was flexible and the airBnb met all our groups needs. Many things included. Everything from a fully stocked kitchen, to napkins and paper towels. This location was absolutely amazing. The hot tub was perfect and clean! Not a complaint from 1 person in our 7 woman group!

It was clear that Josh had given a lot of thought to providing for whatever his guests might need. We enjoyed the excellent coffee, the bathroom supplies, and the detailed instructions. The king bed was very comfortable! The beanbag sofa was a bit challenging for us as we are older but the seating on the patio was very comfortable and pleasant. We were intrigued by the innovative ways that Josh uses alternative energy (solar panels), recycle/upcycle furnishings, and supports holistic living with the infrared lighting and wonderful shower. Though we didn't cook while we were there, the kitchenette was very well equipped and would have served us well. We would most definitely stay there again.

We were in Viroqua to participate in the Dam Challenge; the home provided a nice place to relax in the day or two ahead of the race as well as after completion. I would recommend!

We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. This Airbnb offers everything you need and is a great place to unwind in the beautiful surroundings. The new pots and pans were a big bonus! We recommend Friday fish at Badger Crossing and cheese from Pasture Pride! We will definitely come back in the near future.

We had an amazing time. The large dining room table was perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kiddos). Great space for crafts and eating meals. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates, utensils, glassware, spices etc.. Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. The views from the deck and windows are stunning as you overlook the river. The game room and hot tub are a special bonus. Beds were very comfortable and 5 bedrooms are ideal for a large group. Love-love-love this place!!! Jen was easy to communicate with and very timely with responses. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We spent a relaxing weekend at a charming rural Airbnb in Wisconsin, surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful nature. The cozy home had all the comforts we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a fire pit for evenings under the stars. We loved exploring nearby trails, spotting wildlife, and visiting the local farmers market and a craft brewery. It was the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and small-town charm—an ideal escape from daily life. Highly recommend!

For anyone being drawn to this area to enjoy to natural landscape and recreation, this is an absolute ideal house to stay in to help you make the most out of your trip. The house is very cute and full of character, and it was in an absolute perfect location for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully peaceful and secluded property. Enjoyed the fun activities that were provided such as ping pong, hot tub and the vintage style record/bluetooth player. Kitchen had wonderful lighting and stocked well with dishware. Had a hard time trying to figure out the ac/heating system in the kitchen and bedrooms but luckily it was mild temperatures outside and the box fan that was in the spare closet helped out a lot. Enjoyed our stay!
