There is a double bed made of 2 single beds in one room, in the passage room there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house which is surrounded by forest and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, see the thatched houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be bought depending on the season.

The house is located less than 100 meters from a fantastic beach where there is always plenty of space and which can be enjoyed from an early morning swim to late evenings with a magical sunset. The villa is located in the village of Vesterø with a short distance to shops, restaurants and the spa. The jetty and harbor are only 5 minutes from the house and a free bus that takes you to the rest of the island goes right outside. There is plenty of space in the house for two families on vacation.

There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner.
