Bring the whole family to this sunny and seaside place. Spacious and child-friendly, located 200 meters from the beach and 5 km to Tønsberg city center. Experience real archipelago idyll! Great view of the Oslofjord. Short distance to outdoor areas, playgrounds, public transport, lake and great hiking areas. There are several nice beaches in the immediate vicinity. We primarily rent out to quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is suitable for 7 people, plus any children in a travel cot (included).

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

From the home there is a short drive to Husvik school with playground equipment, public transport, lake, beach and great hiking areas. Husvik is located close to the sea and there are several swimming areas and beaches nearby. It is only a small walk down to Klopp beach and marina. The coastal trail is popular. Her får du en nostalgisk eldre villa med masse sjel, komfort og en vakker hage. Boligen har åpen stue- og kjøkkenløsning med peis, to soverom, lekkert bad med dusj nydelig hage med to store terrasser og en sjarmerende utestue. Hagen har et nybygd anneks som består av stue med dobbel sovesofa, kjøkkenkrok, bad og en hems med en king size seng.

Huset har tre flotte uteområder som er møblert og god utsikt over fjorden. Verandaen strekker seg rundt huset og det er stor plen for barna å boltre seg på. Utestue med peis. Stor grill. Vi bor i huset til daglig og har to barn på 9+12 år så vi har uteleker/SUP og annet som kan lånes. 5 soverom med gode senger.
