Large windows let in plenty of daylight, and warm details create a warm and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for both cozy evenings and pleasant meals. In the immediate area you will find great hiking trails and ski tracks, as well as Raufoss Water Park and Lekeland for the whole family.

DUE TO RENOVATION OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE IT CAN BE A BIT MESSY AROUND THE HOUSE. Not a real problem I think. The house is located in a quiet rural setting. Undisturbed on the southwest side. On sunny days in summer it can be enjoyed from early to late. Short distance to Raufoss and Gjøvik. Lots of hiking opportunities: skiing, walking, running and cycling. A short distance away there is a water park, playground, ski jump, beach. From parking to the house there is a charming staircase that sets limits for those with poor health.

Jeg leier ut et hus på Toten med nydelig utsikt, allergivennlig. Huset ligger alene på en topp på Bøverbru. Her har du skiløype/turmark rett utenfor huset og herfra kan du gå rundt i hele Toten område. Du er nære Gjøvik, Lena og Raufoss. Bruker en time til Gardermoen herfra, 45 minutter til Lillehammer og 1,5 time til Oslo. Her er det 100% trivvgselesgaranti. Du har det meste du trenger tilgjengelig i huset. Vi har Steffensrud rett ovenfor huset med fiske/god bademuligheter :-)

Idyllic and peaceful location by the lake

Bright and warm cabin with a high standard, perfect for those who want tranquility and nature. The cabin is sheltered in a quiet bay, with a short distance to the city center with shop, bus and train. Road all the way. Nice hiking opportunities all year round by foot, bike and skis. Einafjorden offers good fishing experiences in both summer and winter – a perfect place for relaxation and nature days. It is possible to rent a small motor boat.

1940s house in the middle of Toten

Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. Renovation needed, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances are fairly new. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!

The cabin is located 10 m from the beach, with panoramic views of Einafjorden. It is a sheltered space, quiet, with zero insight from others. Wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, natural windshield fire hook with many seats. In summer, a floating jetty and a small beach 30 m away. Possibility for fishing, perch and pike and keeping in season.
