Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Beautiful 190 m² family house for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric-et-Candiac (birthplace of the Marquis de Montcalm). Enclosed garden with unfenced 9 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm (non-swimming children must remain under surveillance) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.
