The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rorbua. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Great opportunities to go mountain hiking nearby, or try your luck with fishing. Sleeps 6 people, includes a dining room, living room, sauna, and fully stocked kitchen, floor heating, great wifi and free electric car charger! Towels and sheets are included. It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Fredfull sted 15 meter fra egen strandlinje ved sjøen. Nyt dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet, med en tur i badstu og en dukkert i sjøen eller vedfyrt badestamp. Kano kan fritt brukes med forbehold om at redningsvester brukes og sjø kunnskap er til stede. På eget ansvar. Badestamp er vedfyrt og må avtales for oppfyring. Tilleggspris pr gang tilkommer. Sauna er vedfyrt og kan fritt brukes. Oppfyring gjøres av gjester. Perfekt for å se Nordlys siden det er lite lysforurensning.

Enjoy your stay in Lofoten in a fishermans cabin with everything you need. The cabin is new, modern, and lays right by the ocean and mountains. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful view, 1,5 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, and a dining room with room for the whole family. Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). We generally close the cabin in the winter, but if you would like to visit Lofoten in the winter, please send us a request and we can discuss.

One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
