Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 10 minutes' drive from Linköping city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuine country style. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet, shower and towel dryer. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with lots of hiking trails and bird lakes nearby.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. White guest house in Sya

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

You'll love my place because of the small cottage's pleasant location in a cultural landscape that fits different ages. The cottage is on the plot where we also live. From the airport to the apartment it takes you about 10 minutes by car. To the center of Linköping it´s about 10-15 min (walking distance). The city's major conference center, Linköping Konsert och Kongress, is five minutes away. The accommodation suits couples, families and business travelers.
