Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. 5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

The flat is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.
