Beautiful location and view from the balcony, great kitchen setup, has everything you need for cooking. The pool is lovely and stunning view of the river and mountains. Close drive to food, market and Gerês National park. Lastly, the hand embroidery on the pillows on the lounge pillows and bedsheets was a beautiful touch.

Our stay in this wonderful apartment was simply fantastic! The breathtaking view of the sea has made it special every day. Maria and Carlo were exceptionally warm hosts – they not only welcomed us warmly, but also showed us the surroundings and provided us with many valuable recommendations. Thanks to their tips, we were able to fully enjoy the region. We felt completely comfortable and look forward to our next stay. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice and clean apartment! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. You have sun on the balcony all day and the hammock makes it all the more cozy. The underground parking space is great!

Place was great. Me and my family felt like at home . Apartment is very clean, location is great, close to restaurants. Host was fantastic, I texted her late at night bc I had some problems with the heat for the water and she answered me right away. Lucky me it was not a malfunction of the heater I just didn’t know how it works. Everything was great. I’m definitely coming back but next time will be for longer period of time. Thanks

A great stay at Manuel's, his very nice son they helped us with the suitcases on arrival and departure, they took care of us ,his very charming and smiling wife. The apartment is very clean and has a good location in the city center. I recommend it 100%, we'll be back Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very helpful. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough nice things about the hosts… met me at the lodging and showed me the place. Very responsive to any questions I had. She spoke no English and I speak no Portuguese… thank goodness for GoogleTranslate! The only problem I had was the toilet seat rusted at the bolts and broke off… I let her know at 10:00pm… and by 9am the next morning… had come by and had it fixed… I was very grateful! The views overlooking the beach, castle, and Atlantic Ocean were stunning… just looked out from the large deck or even from inside on the couch at the ocean… very calming! I would stay there forever if I could! I became a “regular” at the nearby restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery stores… even with my limited Portuguese language skills… very friendly people! Note: There IS a train 🚂 behind the property… starts at 5:15am & ends at 11:30pm… goes by about every 45-60 minutes. Moved my mattress to the living room… never heard the train again. I would rent again!

They give you all the possible facilities and the place is just as seen in the photos. Highly recommended and if we return to the area we will go there again

The place is absolutely crazy, the area is very beautiful for hiking with children because panoramic swings everywhere (see site vieiraminhoturismo in particular PR7 VRM which is very beautiful) . The hot tub is a real plus in the off season. The heated pool is very nice, the hot tub is great. The beds were comfortable. Carlos was very thoughtful and responded to all our requests. In short, we would highly recommend the address!!

A very beautiful place in a breathtaking natural landscape. I stayed for 6 weeks and felt welcome 24/7. Heidi was always there for me. My dog ​​was also happy in the garden and although I'm not the whirlpool type, I used it a few times and found it very pleasant.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay. Right next to the river, amidst the beautiful nature. Monica and Sandra were accommodating and provided a quick response as much as we needed. We will definitely return in the future to this wonderful place.
