Great place to stay in the middle of nature between corn field, vines and the chickens, geese and pigs behind the fence. The children can discover a lot here, feed the poultry and pigs, or harvest vegetables in the field next door. Great fun for everyone. The pool is very clean and heated (by the sun). For the children, there are plenty of toys, and in the back of the garden there are also swings and slides. Everything can be used. Marlene has plenty of umbrellas ready for enough shade by the pool. Unfortunately, the container does not have a complete blackout, so depending on the season, it is already bright at 5 o'clock in the morning. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine, but the grandma of the house offered to wash our laundry on his own. That was very sweet. 👍 Marlene is a very friendly, relaxed and accommodating host and always has a few tips ready. We felt very comfortable and had a great week with her in the container.

The house is very well located. Quiet but very close to Caminha. It has all the necessary amenities as well as the comfort. The pool is an amazing bonus for a relaxing day. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I'm sure we'll be back.

If I could give this place 15 stars I would! It was incredibly beautiful! Very clean. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils. The pool was amazing. And the little village was everything! Would stay here over and over!

A magical AirBnB experience! Isabel was a stellar host, warm, welcoming and gracious. We immediately felt at home and treated as if we were longtime friends. Everything was perfect. Carla's villa is wonderful, spacious, cozy, comfortable and well furnished, plus the pool with the entire garden, orchard and outdoor space really allow you to relax and spend your time in complete tranquility. The breakfast is very good and full of excellent products, Carla and her husband are wonderful people, very kind and helpful. They have always recommended great restaurants and places to visit. In short, I would go back to the Solar do Conde right away and I hope to be able to do so in the future!

Light, airy and clean. My room had a view of ploughed fields. Ilda has created a beautiful space, perfect for purpose. 15 mins approx from town (if you can follow Google maps). Good kitchen and bathrooms. Recommended.

I love the area in the north of portugal, such beautiful beaches, we had the best weather and beaches to ourselves. And the way how Ilda runs the place, offering accommodation for pilgrims of the caminho de santiago and other guests to the area at affordable rates with a lovely set up is greatly appreciated.

Great place to set up a base to explore the northern parts of Portugal. Located in a quite inner part of the town and short walk/drive from the supermarket. I enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse and would recommend this place.
