Very quiet area that allows for the desired rest. The apt is located in a building facing the Lima River, with a beautiful facade. The space is new, built from scratch in 2019.

It's around 8 meters long, with a main double bed (2ppl), a living area that also sleeps 3 (0.8x1.9 boat style beds), a dining table and a kitchenette with kitchen utensils, coffee and tea. It has a toilet a and sink and heating for the winter months, showers are located in the marina facilities. Outside there are seats to enjoy the views of the city.
