Delightful 2p of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with ascent and wide balcony offering an exclusive 180 degree view of the royal canal opening onto the harbor and the sea. Conveniently located between Halles, City Hall and Criée. The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

In the heart of Palavas, authentic fisherman's house located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches and the center. Full of charm, our house has kept its soul while offering maximum comfort and a "holiday" atmosphere typical of the seaside. It offers 2 homes gathered around the patio in a savant mix of the old and the modern, beautiful volumes, a "cozy" atmosphere, beautiful amenities: 8 beds, equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine.

Responses from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Facing the port and the sea, very close to the royal canal and its jousts, very nice bright apartment of 34 m2, on the fourth floor with elevator, in a beautiful secure residence, quiet while being close to the heart of town and the market halls of Sète. You will be particularly seduced by the view of the port and the sea, its location, its equipment and its interior design. Watch the fishing boats come in with the seagulls swirling overhead.

Located in Frontignan-Plage, you will have access to the beach in 3 minutes on foot and you will find the port at the foot of the building. This apartment with mezzanine has been fully renovated by us. It has a balcony with 180° views of the Mediterranean Sea that you will enjoy throughout the day. The area is quiet and family-friendly, nature is present and the beach is not crowded (even in July and August).
