"Villa Siljan" Outstanding lake views near Rättvik C

New small house of about 25 m2 living space by Lake Siljan and about a 10-minute walk to the centre. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Sofa bed in the living room, measures 190x140 cm when unfolded. Loft bed with mattress 200x160 cm (low to the ceiling). A folding table and 4 folding chairs are available in the house. There is a guest house with 2 beds that can also be rented (extra charge). Note: The loft bed is unsuitable for small children and the main road runs right in front of the house.

Welcome to our cottage in Rättvik. The cottage is in a quiet residential area about 1.5 km from central Rättvik. The cottage has a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and fan. The dining area has a bar table and bar stools. Bathroom with washing machine on the lower floor and bedroom with double bed on the upper floor and balcony. From the balcony outside, there are beautiful views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is rented out as self-catering. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. The guests clean up before departure. Cleaning products are available.

The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Our house is located with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-storey house and is completely newly renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a large lawn that invites you to play and socialize.

Här är milsvid utsikt och rofyllt läge i den lilla byn Utanåker ca 6 km från Rättvik centrum. Rättvik är underbart både sommar och vinter. Under sportlovs veckorna finns tillgång till flertalet skidbackar. Rättviks slalombacke (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås skicenter (20 min), Romme (50 min). Fina längdskidspår samt plogad isbana på Siljan när isen lagt sig.
