Cozy atmosphere gîte with terrace. The accommodation has: a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine with 2 90 x 190 cm mattresses in the living room; a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet, we do not provide towels. We are located on the banks of the Allier, the river is within walking distance (2 minutes) with free parking in front of the house, regarding the geographical location which is ideal you are 50 min from Clermont Ferrand and 45 min from Puy

This house for 4 people and a baby is close to the motorway but quiet and close to nature. From the car park, you have direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The interior is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The beds are made on your arrival, and bath towels are provided.
