The place has 2 bathroom (One with a shower, the other with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The apartment was recently renovated but the original wood floor and fire place were kept. NO PARTIES NO ILLEGALS ACTIVITIES ALLOWED, OR NOISE AFTER 10. I AM LIVING IN THE BUILDING.
