20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. Our house is very atypical because it is semi troglodyte . There is a very common feature among cave houses, it is the humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat up all year. There may also be small particles falling to the ground. There is a courtyard at the front and a large private park on the higher ground where you can relax. The car can be parked nearby.
