When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Restored Farmhouse & Cottage with AC, Pool & WIFI

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

I had the pleasure of staying in a really great apartment. From the entrance, the atmosphere is welcoming and attention to detail. The modern decor blends perfectly with stylish design touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

We stayed with Vinci and her daughter during the Easter holidays. We had a great time, convenient location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The welcome was warm, they even offered us two homemade cakes during our stay. The two hosts were also very helpful in giving us tips for typical restaurants to dine in. The apartment is new, bright, clean and reflects the photos well. When we left, we were also given a very good homemade jam. Highly recommended stay

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Highly recommended, we hope to see you again soon in the future

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
