Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. At our neighboring farm Valla Gård, you can now stay in "Loftet", an apartment that has been decorated up in the stable's old granary. Here, the style is a bit Aspen-inspired with brown-stained new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to retain its original board planks. The old granary staircase is also preserved, which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who can handle a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The cottage is about 20 sqm with a small kitchenette (stove 2 burners and refrigerator with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm down and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and is located next to a private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and tables, parasol, drying rack and its own parking.

Welcome to our cottage in Orups/Gamlehus! Our half-timbered thatched cottage is part of the former stable of our 18th century renovated farmhouse in the small but charming village of Domsten on the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. The beach is a short 2 minutes walk away; the marina 5 minutes. Domsten is an excellent base from which to explore South-West Sweden and North East Denmark (a 20-minute ferry ride away). Excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.
