Wi-fi , fireplace, washer and dryer, bbq on the spacious southside deck and all the kitchen supplies you may need. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Just bring your bag and laptop and settle in.

Ball diamonds 2 min walk. Multiplex and pool 5min walk. Walmart 8 min drive. Golf course 15 min walk/ 3 min drive. Wainwright Health Center 2 min drive. Please note that: You will share the bathroom, living room and kitchen with a male full time renter who works in town full time. Thank you!

My place is close to Hardisty (for those working there), the golf course, Sedgewick Lake, The Recreation Center/Arena and School. You’ll love my place because of the cleanliness and cosiness. Feels like home and is looks great and is in a great location with plenty of parking!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
