Apartment holiday rentals in Vila do Bispo

Our stay in Salema was absolutely lovely. The flat was clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful, we even had a little barbecue one night on the patio. It was a little tricky to locate, so you have to follow the instructions carefully. Ingrid was quick to respond to any questions. There is parking by the flat which is a plus. It’s a great location in Salema, with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s also a great place to base yourself if you have a car and want explore the surrounding towns such as Sagres or even Lagos. Salema is a magical little town in the Algarve, I would definitely visit again and be happy to stay at Ingrid’s place.

We had a wonderful stay! Lucy was very friendly and helpful throughout our time there. They offer plenty of activities and we opted for the catamaran experience with paddle boarding and had a blast! The place is in Burgau, about 20 mins drive from the larger city of Lagos. We spent most of our days in Lagos or other neighboring areas. It was there perfect stay for our family of 4 + 1 year old baby. Thanks for a great visit to the Algarve - we’d highly recommend it!

We had a fabulous time at Paul's place. The apartment is big with large bedrooms, plenty of storage and a lovely terrace with loungers and a table for outdoor dining. Kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with a heated pool which was lovely to relax in. Burgau is an ideal place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quieter place but with plenty of great restaurants and the beautiful beach less than 10 minutes’ walk. We will definitely come back to this place if we come back to the Algarve! Thank you, Paul, for all the recommendations too.

Paula’s place was a great place to stay in Salema! I found the apartment to be quiet with only a short walk down to the town and the beach. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Salema and for exploring further along the coast. Visiting over Christmas/New Year most of the restaurants, shops and bars were still open and the beach was incredibly quiet. I’d recommend this as a great stay if you’re exploring out of the summer season!

Thank you Pete for letting us stay in this beautiful flat in Sagres. It is spacious and light where you can see both sunrise and sunset. Beach and shops are close by and it is also in a quiet area, which was great for is as a family. We would visit again!

Great place in a great location in Salema. so close to the ocean. Very good restaurants and cafes near by. Definitely would recommend staying here if you plan a trip to Salema!

Place was super clean and had all the items one could need. Easy 15 minute walk into town/beach/fort. Plenty of easy parking. Nice patio overlooking the pool. Quiet.

We made a small stop on our trip in the apartment of Andreas and Felix and felt completely comfortable there. The apartment is quiet yet centrally located – perfect for exploring Vila do Bispo and the surrounding area. We particularly liked the lovingly designed courtyard with atmospheric lighting as well as the sunny terrace, where we could have breakfast comfortably. A great tip was the trip to nearby Praia da Ingrinaz. Beautiful and pleasantly quiet. In the evening we ate in the Tasca do Careca on the recommendation of Andreas and Felix – super delicious and authentic Portuguese, especially for fish and meat lovers a real insider tip. After two relaxing days, it was not easy for us to say goodbye – we'd love to come back!

We spent a whole month in the apartment with our 1-year-old daughter and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. High chair available. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to get to the beach and Burgau is really nice! Can recommend the apartment to everyone!

A wonderful place to stay with family.

A really great apartment! It is perfectly equipped and modern and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean. A highlight is the private garden with pool. The entire resort is quietly located and also offers a large pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this apartment. Communication with CoolHouses was very friendly and quick. Thanks for the lovely stay, it was great!

We stayed two weeks in this lovely condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was a pleasure to meet Inna and she responded to our needs promptly. Lagos, Portugal is heaven on earth!

This a great place, located within quick walking distance to the marina and old town yet out of the crowds. The apartment is spacious, has a decent size kitchen and nice pool area. I would recommend for anyone looking to easily explore Lagos.

Beautiful accomodation in a quiet part of town. Amazing amenities with easy access and friendly host with good recommendations and helpful! A bit of a walk from town but this gets you a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

This place was very good start to finish. Liked the location which was close to a good grocery store and the marina. Bus station also close by. Around a 12 minute walk to old town for lots of different restaurants.Well stocked kitchen and very spacious apartment. Thank you for hosting us. Leslie Shawn

Spacious modern rental perched on top of a cliff with stunning views. Great location for beach access and trails along the coast all right at the condo entrance. The underground parking spot is convenient for exploring the region by car. The host was responsive and did a quick condo tour to show us around.
