It is a granite house, has a mezzanine with a double bed and sofa/bed, includes a television, terrace and/or a patio and large barbecue area with a grill and oven. Equipped kitchen and toilet. Swimming pool. Excellent location 30 km from Viseu, 50 km from Torre da Serra da Estrela, 9 km from Gouveia, 27 km from the historic village of Linhares da Beira. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
