Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

The apartment «SARA conVida - Tecnopark Residence» is a new 2-bedroom apartment and is located in the city of Lagoa, next to NONAGON and CUF Azores Hospital. It is located in the center of São Miguel Island, which makes it very accessible to the island's various tourist attractions. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

This house features an outdoor swimming pool and two balconies with sea views. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds, a bathroom, a common room with a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The rental includes a cleaning service with replacement of bed linen and bath towels twice a week.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
