Rui is a very friendly and available host. It showed all the space and what we would have to do for the greatest possible comfort. The space is super cozy, well equipped and inserted in the middle of nature away from the daily bustle. It is ideal for a few days' getaway or for longer stays, for those looking to get away from the routine and breathe clean air. We find everything it says in the description and photos. Super recommended

The stay in our rented house was lovely! Before coming, I asked for an earlier check-in and it was not a problem. After arriving at the very green, calm and big property the check-in went smoothly and we were told immediately where we could go, what we can see and visit and where the best hiking routes are. The staff was very nice and helpful. The small house itself was so beautiful and cute and the furniture thoughtful but practical put together. And when we arrived there was a fire in the fire place and everything was so cozy. The only thing we were a bit stumbled by was the light distribution in the living/kitchen room (bed room and bathroom were fine), but that actually made the house even cozier. Every day the house keeping came by and asked if we needed anything, normally they just gave us more wood for the fire place and in the middle of our stay they cleaned the whole house. And every morning they put fresh bread in front of our door, one time even cake, for breakfast.

What a beautiful place to soak in the Douro vibe. Even the winding path to get there contributes to it... once tamed. Instalations are among the best available on the AIR BnB platform, among the listings in the category in question. Congratulations on setting up the place.

Suspended and timeless moment in an absolutely breathtaking place. Quiet places in nature but close to amenities. Our hosts were available and very welcoming. We recommend eyes closed.

Our stay at Susana and Joao's estate has been great. The estate is beautiful, in the middle of the countryside, full of animals. If you love waking up in the middle of the forest with the cacareo of the roosters and the fresh morning this is your place. Joao is an excellent chef and you can ask him to prepare any night dinner at a high-end restaurant, you will be surprised with an abundant and delicious dinner made especially for you. Susana is an exceptional massage therapist and you can book an Ayurvedic massage with her to go up to the sky directly. The estate is in a very beautiful village with delicious bakeries and restaurants, and very close to other beautiful villages such as Guimaraes, Fafe, etc. A perfect plan!

Incredible, a very nice place and tranquility. Osvaldo and his wife are very, very friendly and helpful, and although they didn't speak my language, they did everything possible to understand and make themselves understood. Felt right at home

If you are looking for a stay of immersion in nature, this is a beautiful option! Family and welcoming atmosphere.

A relaxing and spectacular stay! Glamping in the middle of a forest by the river with plenty of privacy. The outdoor jacuzzi is always available day and night. José is super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back :)

An excellent space for a weekend getaway! Joaquim's space is very comfortable and beautiful, it feels like we are transported to an isolated remote space, a small haven. Joaquim was also super helpful, cordial and suggested a trail to a lookout point that was very pleasant and refreshing. Thank you for the experience that we will certainly repeat!

Casa d'Além has exceeded all expectations! A perfect getaway in the middle of nature, with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Every detail of the house shows care and affection. Ideal for those seeking peace, comfort and a connection to nature. Without a doubt, I want to come back!

A brilliant little house, we had a great relaxing time there. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, lovely log fire heats up the house when it’s chilly, comfortable bed, the sound of the waterfall is very relaxing. Feels quite private without being too remote.

We enjoyed our stay at Terrus Winery & Cottages very much! Maria & Isabel were great hosts. The property is beautiful, very peaceful. We especially loved the dogs and view over the river at sunset. We scheduled a wine tasting which was also a fun way to learn about the wine grown on the property as well. Highly recommend for a very relaxing & peaceful getaway in the Douro Valley!

We spent one night in this little cabin and enjoyed it very much. The way to the property was very complex and tight with the car, but it's worth it! The view is fantastic and we spent the evening in the excellent company of some furry friends. Also the hot tub was undoubtedly one of the best part in our stay. The host always responded very quickly to questions and also very nicely proactively asked if everything was right. I can highly recommend it and will be back!

We absolutely loved this charming, classic cottage with spectacular views. Clean with a comfortable bed. Host turned on the heaters for us because we were arriving after dark, and we were able to make a fire for a cozy night in. Host provided essentials and was communicative. Please note that the road and driveway are narrow; we parked our mid-size vehicle at the bottom of the hill for easier navigation (small cars should not have issues). Wonderful to be in a delightful village with the sound of church bells and birds - we would love to stay here again.

Such an amazing accommodation surrounded by grapevines and farmland. We arrived during the power outage of Portugal- they provided candles and water for us plus a delicious bowl of fresh fruit. Thanks

My husband and I absolutely loved Carlo’s place. You have an almost 360 degree view of all the Duro Valley vineyards ! The private oasis with a pool and pool deck , has sun from sun up to sun down ! The separate house we stayed is modern and new ! Love the decor . It has everything you need and a private deck with all the needed furniture ! Carlo’s was so helpful and so accommodating , even on Easter Sunday ! Thank you Carlo’s you are an amazing host !!
