The location is excellent both to visit the old area, take a walk through the Alameda (a spectacular park) or go out for drinks or dine outside at night. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

To get to the fourth floor you have to climb 14 steps. Free parking is available in the building or 200 meters away (subject to availability). It is located within the urban area of Portonovo. Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away
