The apartment is in the historical center of Vilanova y la Geltrú, 5 minutes walking from the pleasant beaches and only 40 minutes by train from Barcelona center. Every room is uniquely decorated with its own warm athmosphere. You will enjoy the romantic neoclassical charm of our beautiful apartment. Vilanova contains a lot of small romantic wine bars and restaurants. If you like the Catalan or Spanish way of life, this city offers you a lot of your holiday pleasure.

Beautiful villa with pool near the beach

Enjoy elegance and comfort in this wonderful spacious villa located in a very quiet area with ocean and mountain views. Fully equipped, it has three spacious bedrooms, a playroom where the little ones can play, three bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a spectacular kitchen. In the garden, there is a large private pool and a very comfortable porch next to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gym room with machines. It's never been easier to disconnect!

Real vintage loft in downtown.

The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

It is in a perfect location for your vacation: next to the train, bus and taxi station, 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk to downtown, the old town and shopping area. In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have miles of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the amenities, museums, good national and international cuisine, and also nature.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Recently renovated mid-19th century house with a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
