Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The apartment is tastefully and elegantly furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. A swimming spot is just a few hundred meters away, and within a 10-minute walk, you'll find tennis and padel courts, children's playgrounds, and the beach.

In the sauna house you can use a billiard table, a heated hot tub outside, a sauna, a fireplace, a sound system, a terrace. A taxi ride to Viljandi usually costs about 25€.
