It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

This residence offers an excellent geographical location for nature lovers and for those who wish to explore the wonders of Gran Sasso and Majella, two of the most spectacular and fascinating mountain ranges in Italy. A short walk from the property, you can immerse yourself in the magic of the Majella's trails and views that lead to important hermitages such as those of Santo Spirito and San Bartolomeo.

Villa Rādyca

Villa Rādyca (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

This accommodation offers your family a strategic location, close to all essential amenities. The apartment is not far from the Scafa-Alanno highway exit. In the immediate vicinity you will find a 24-hour Carrefour, grocery stores, a deli, a self-service laundry and a bar located on the ground floor of the building. The wonderful Lavino Park can be reached in 5 minutes by car or with a pleasant 30-minute walk along the bike path.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The house with blue windows is a recently renovated farmhouse surrounded by nature on the edge of the Majella park. Easy to reach and in a strategic position with respect to the numerous places of interest, the Celestinian hermitages, the Orfento Valley, the Giumentina Valley, excursions in the park, free climbing in Roccamorice. It is also only 30 minutes from Pescara and the sea.

Casa Elvira Basilico Top Floor B&B Abruzzo

Silent and relaxing house with a wonderful view of the Maiella from the terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor sofas. The house is located on the top floor of the main house with a private entrance from the outside with a comfortable spiral staircase. Free Wifi connection. It is not equipped with a kitchen. Only for winter period extra 10 euro per day for use of heating.
