New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Pictureshome is a characteristic and charming apartment in Tremezzo, in a historic building, facing the lake, directly on the road that runs along it. Located on the third floor, it enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the promontory of Villa del Balbianello. Consisting of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is located a few meters from the clubs, hotels and restaurants that animate the Tremezzo lakefront: one of the most evocative spots of the Lake Como Greenway.

The Botticelli House is located in Tremezzo, in the quiet Belvedere area, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The apartment is just a few steps from the Greenway and a short walk from the lake. Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.
