Suite María Teresa is a beautiful apartment in a very central location, just 4 blocks from Colima Cathedral. A very cozy space to enjoy as a family or with your partner. All the comforts as if you were at home. The suite is exactly as shown in the pictures, the furniture and utensils are new, as it was recently renovated. The suite does not have a garage to park a vehicle, but you can park right outside the property.

Complete house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near important avenues such as the Third Peripheral Ring. 10 min. from the magical town of Comala. Easy access if you arrive from Ggl or Manzanillo. 2 min. from the Center of Villa de Álvarez. It is a subdivision with security, closed and quiet circuit. For now we only have A/C in the main bedroom, the second room we have a floor fan.
