Relax with the whole family in this quiet family pH of bright spacious rooms on the ground floor with many floors and easy access to groups and subway. Upon entering you will find a living room with wooden floor where the TV is and the kitchen/dining room attached and an internal patio of the house and then a bedroom and a bathroom separate from the living room. The layout is ideal, giving privacy to the spaces themselves. The courtyard can be accessed both from the room and from the kitchen.
