Located on a homestead with horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs nearby. It also backs up to the Rio Grande National Forest with multiple trails for ATV/UTV, dirt bike, and any off road vehicle. This location is 20min to Salida and Joyful Journey Hot Springs. It is 45min to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and the Great Sand Dunes.

My place is about 15 to 20 minutes to restaurants and family-friendly activities in Salida. We are about 30 minutes to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and 30 minutes to Monarch Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We also have a propane grill for you to use.
