New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a small, but nice bathroom and one bedroom with two floors. The bedroom has two single beds downstairs and a queen-size bed upstairs (without an extra door; it's a loft) with its own closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes as well as with some cooking essentials like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper.

The Loft Vive is a pleasant space for two people and a minor. It is located in an old house in the historic center of the city. It is an intimate and private space. It has a queen size bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, and a breakfast bar. Keep in mind that it is on the third floor and we do not have an elevator, but this is offset by the beautiful view that you can enjoy on the terrace (common area).
