Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The bedroom has two single beds downstairs and a queen-size bed upstairs (without an extra door; it's a loft) with its own closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes as well as with some cooking essentials like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper.
