Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Well-lit apartment on the first floor. The apartment is surrounded by trees and plants and has an excellent view. It is located within a complex where you can make use of the gardens and terraces to read, meditate or simply rest. We are just 5 minutes from Plaza Antea and in the subdivision you can find pharmacies, convenience stores, Superama, cinema, restaurants of all kinds, cafes, stationery stores, banks etc. We are 20 minutes away from the historic center.
